7 Color Analysis

The followings are the examples of 7 color analysis using DAPI and with 8x8 high precision compensation.

< Normal human peripheral blood >
Stained with DAPI and set R1 region on live cells.	Set R2 region to lymphocytes on FSC/SSC dot histogram.	Show R2 region cells on CD3/CD56 dot histogram and set R4 region including CD3 positive/CD56 negative (lymphocytes).

Show R4 region cells on CD8/CD4 dot histogram and set R6 including CD8 positive T cell.	Show CD8 positive cells (R6) on CD45R/CD62L dot histogram.
